We are a full custom precast manufacturer. Custom Precast Products built to job dimensions not to catalog dimensions. We have in house design to fit your concrete needs and the creative staff to design solutions to satisfy project needs. We are a NPCA and PCI certified category B2, C4 plant. Harper Precast started in January of 2006 manufacturing precast concrete structures throughout the Western states, including Utah, California & Colorado. Harper Precast manufactures catch basins of all sizes and shapes, noise walls of any height or face design, MSE walls, intake and outflow structures and just about anything that can be built using concrete. Within six months of start-up, we certified with the NPCA. We have been approved and recognized by the Utah Department of Transportation as a preferred concrete precast supplier.
